AVOCADO SPREAD

METHOD:
Remove the stone and skins from the avocado. Transfer the pulp to a food processor.
Add the juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix.
Add sliced ​​spring onions, cucumber cut into smaller pieces, chopped chili pepper and a pinch of black pepper. Mix everything.
Crush the feta and add to the mixer. Premix and, if necessary, season with salt.
Serve the spread on slices of bread or pastry, garnish with radish or serve as a dip with stalk celery or vegetable sticks.

NOTES: The spread has a fluffy consistency, use it as a mousse for filling vegetables or boiled eggs. It also tastes great as a filling for wraps or tortillas. Try adding a clove of garlic, fresh basil or other seasonal herbs to the blender.
