Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Mash the bananas with a fork in a deep bowl, slowly add the olive oil, honey, yogurt and finally the flour mixed with soda.
Cover the muffin tray with a napkin dipped in olive oil, or use paper baking cups. Fill the molds no more than 1 cm from the very edges and then press unevenly chopped pieces of chocolate into each portion.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 °C.
Try replacing chocolate with fresh or frozen berries. Muffins also taste great with ice cream, after cooling you can decorate them with cream or toppings. They will also serve as a light snack, you can practically pack them and carry them anywhere.
